You don't have to have been born `here' in the U.S. to be a representative,
only the president of the United States.


If I were that representative I'd have come out on camera immediately and
said: "I agree with Congressman Frank, we should all prove our citizenship is
solid. Lets start by closely scrutinizing president Obama's!"
