MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Super Quick Creamed Green Beans W/ Cashews^
 Categories: Crs97, Makemix, Basics, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
      1 tb Oil
      1 sm Onion, chopped
    1/4 c  Cashew pieces
      1 lb Green beans cut in 1' to 2"
           . pieces
  1 1/2 c  Water
    3/4 c  Whole wheat mushroom sauce
           . mx*
      2 tb To 4 grated cheese,
           . optional
  *Separate Recipe.
  Saute onion and nuts in oil until nuts are just beginning to brown.
  Stir in green beans and 1/2 cup water and cook, covered until just
  barely tender, about 10 minutes.
  Blend mix & water until smooth. Stir into pan heat to a gentle boil
  and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in cheese, if using, and stir until
  melted.
  Serves 4.
