subject: DevCon 9 OS/2 Warp installation

I just installed OS/2 Warp from DevCon #9 CD-ROM and noticed a couple of
differences from the OS/2 Warp 3.5" diskettes version installation.

1) There is no SHUTDOWN.EXE on the CD-ROM install (there was from diskette)

2) CDFS.IFS and Tedit.* were left in the root directory of the installation
partition. I just deleted them since they are duplicated in OS2\*

I don't care about #2, but since I primarily run cmd.exe as my WPS, I miss
shutdown.exe.

I would have thought that the CD-ROM install and the diskette install would
be identical since the CD-ROM contains the diskette images???

I can probably write my own shutdown.exe, I tried this before when running
OS/2 2.11, but it didn't work as well as the shutdown.exe included in the
Warp diskettes.
