Configuration

First you have to install the EMX 0.9a or 0.9b package (Read the
README.DOC and INSTALL.DOC of the EMX package). 

     Did this............................

Then start the OMFLIBS.CMD command file in the \EMX\LIB directory (PRJMGR
needs the OMF-style libraries !!).

      What the heck is this all about? 

Here is my EMX directory which was installed when unzipping emx09b.zip:


Volume in drive F has no label.
The Volume Serial Number is A6BE:5415.

     Are the OMF library files available in another package from somewhere
or should they have been included with EMX?

     Also......I am a total newbie with C, emx etc and at the moment a bit
on the confused side (well, actually  more than just a bit....nearly
totally confused would be more like it) about just what it is that emx does
exactly!    To say  the docs are a little on the sparse side
(for newbies) would be an understatement. 

     If I run emx from an OS/2 command line (no parameters as I haven't
gotten that far yet) it will switch to a DOS window..........how do I get
it to run in an OS/2 window?

     Does EMX support C++ programming?     

     Any information answering these moronic questions would be greatly
appreciated!
