The moderator of an echo can do what he likes, either ban it or
allow it.

What a crock of shit. All you need to do is run Binkley and make
sure it will ACCEPT FTS-1 mail at 4-5AM. You aren't even obliged
to read the mail. People go on holidays for weeks. Computers run
themselves you dork. You could even use an XT with a 300 bps modem,
and get a $20 timer that switches it on at 4AM and off at 5AM. I
know you've already got an XT. I paid $25 for a 2400 bps modem a
short time ago (with the caveat that I originally thought it was a
fully working 1200 bps modem, but it turned out to be a 2400 with
a bust power supply). Do you want me to hunt around for a 300 bps
modem for you?

Absolute crap, you can set up your network with an XT and a 300 bps

Secondly, you can get the mail as a point and feed it into your
wanknet if you want. No-one's going to stop you. Feeding mail
back the other way you may find that the moderator will
restrict you. Depends on the echo. I don't mind it for
PUBLIC_DOMAIN, and I doubt Rod will stop you if you want to do
it for AUST_AVTECH.

No, that's what it would cost *you* to keep Michael Butler's

he is currently paying without operating the gate), he may well
start up again.

It's his gateway unless someone wants to challenge his authority
to run the Z3 gateway. Why don't you challenge him? All you need
is a permanently connected internet feed. BFN. Paul.
