Hi Sandro,

IBM Santa Teresa labs now uses ftp.software.ibm.com to distribute its
fixes, and the PL/I stuff is in directory /ps/products/pli/fixes. The
compiler fixes are under v1.1.6 and the toolkit fixes are under v1.1.2,
as I remember.
