People need to be cognizant of the situation and spend their money wisely.
People should think about spending more for quality goods and services
and companies that foster their employees' growth and well being instead of
focusing on the best deal that may not be the best in the long run for you or
the guy next door. For every company that treats their employees well, there's
another exploiting them and passing some of those savings on to the customer in
an attempt to gain market share.
