Does anyone have a list of valid "10-Codes" (specifically that are valid in
the New york area).  It seems to me that all of the published 10 codes are
completely invalid with what I hear over the radio scanner here in New York, 
is their some kind of "alternate" or "modern" set of 10 codes that is being 
used nowadays?
