Do you self-impose the limitation that the only cards that can move to the
endstacks have to go their voluntarily?

If you allow yourself to put them there then it appears that a workable
approach is to
1.  col7: 4 cards up
2.  col7: Jd>Qs; 1st 10s>Jd; 7th 9d>10s; 1st 8c>9d;
9s+8d>7th [changing move nomenclature to show cards to columns] 3.
3h+2s>col2; 2h>col6
4.  7h>col5

The rest is fairly straight forward.
