He doesn't need any such util, Mark.  His current tosser should do BSO
straight-up.  (At least that's what I read in the Fmail v1.22 dox.)

Same with FastEcho; one day I was doing AMA with FroDo, the next day I was
doing BSO with BinkleyTerm itself.  Too easy.
