Well, here's the complete booklist.  As you can see, I have no reviews
    for some of the (lesser known) books.  If you have any information on
    any books that have no review, or details of a programming book not
    listed in the booklist, then please let me know.

    As you can see, the booklist is rather long.  Unless there is a vast
    outcry to do so, I will *NOT* be posting this here in the echo on a
    regular basis, as I do with the C++ compiler pros and cons list.  The
    booklist will only normally be available in the Pros and Cons archive,
    along with the several other value-added documents that I don't
    publish here.
