Use the following in your tic.cfg.  Change to suit your system

AnnAreaTag      {at}c:\sbbs\husky\new.asc
AnnFileOrigin   on

AnnounceSpool c:\husky\announcespool

new.asc is where the announce is written.


Here is my batch file to start the file tossing, and the announcment
insertion.  I believe you are running Synchronet, so just change the
message area to whatever you wish to use.

I have it going to ALL, from HTICK and subject of New_Files
