I know what it means. :-)  Depends on how you look at it, Larry.  For 
example, if I want no uploads or very few (most of what I've gotten, I didn't 
want), then the "Limited/U" is better for my purposes, i.e., I can give that 
option to a few callers without getting a bunch of "junk" I don't want.  I 
get virtually all of my files from either the Fido Filebone or the Internet.  
Certainly your idea is better if you just want to restrict a few users.
