Well since you downloaded part of the PROGRAMMING package that's absolutely
free, you now have 28 files, totaling 13mb ( 13mb ziped, and more than 30mb
unziped - I think), left.  Before downloading all those files, maybe you
should have a good knowledge of ANSI C or just C.  Downloading these files
will allow to make OS/2 and DOS apps.  READ the install.doc file, and spend
hours getting those files.  However, you only have to download the minimum
files, as the install.doc recommends.  Project Manager is a small MAKE
program,that makes easier to compile files. I have only been learning C for
about 2 weeks, but I have these files.
