HD Crashes could result in him losing ALL the above you sent him.
The emails and such. He has had one recently. As to ads those
are automated. A simple backup recovery on software will
     have them going again.

JW> I'm just flabbergasted at how many communication attempts he can

I know him well. But i do not know what all has been going
on recently. I myself have been out of touch for 3 weeks
for being sick and out of the country. So stuff happens.

Now you know though how well we have to deal with nodes on
the reverse side. We have folks who join our nets but suddenly
disappear and never contact us. After numerous attempts to
email us. Do they let us know they closed down 2 years ago?

Course not...So we know how you feel but give him a break I'm
sure he'll get to you. For all you know he could have some
serious emergencies going on. One thing after 15 years doing
this stuff is we don't deal well with threats of time. I've
had folks join and demand to be in the entwork within 8 hours
or they'll pull out. No good. I'll let them leave there.
We prefer quality folks over quantity. Back maybe early '90s
we'd have jump on such threats and acted but in today's world
     its a bit different. IMHO.
