 TS> Hello everyone.

Hey Tim!

TS> #1) For the last couple of years, probably since you last heard from
TS> me, I've ¨been working for various startup companies in Toronto and

TS> I decided to become an independent consultant. I now work with various

Glad to hear your still alive and kicking. Hope the independent field
keeps you busy and helps you expand your skills.

TS> #2) Somewhere in all these transitions, I lost access to Fidonet and
TS> with it the primary conduit to Telegard.

As many of us did over time. It happens.. :)

TS> #3) Forbidden Knights suffered the same fate; it limped into
TS> non-existence and was shut down to my recollection without much
 TS> feedback from me

Every good thing must come to an end...

TS> Before I answer #4, let me tell you that my days as the author of
TS> Telegard, ¨working with its many users and most especially the alpha
TS> and beta sites that made up a fabulous team, were some of the most
TS> rewarding days of my early career.

Though I was only a beta team member for a short while, the time I spent
as a utility developer and a TG support site were very rewarding and I
wouldn't have traded it for the world. I'm glad I got to work with you
some on the project, it was a blast. Back in the early 90's when I firsted
called FK's and talked with you in email all the way to the final days
of IRC chatting.

You did amazing things with Telegard while it was in your hands.. Thanks
for all the hard work man.

TS> #4) I'm not sure where Telegard can go from here -- I'm not sure that
TS> the PC that has all the source code can boot, nor am I sure that I
TS> have all the compilers and tool chains that would be required to
 TS> revitalize the project.

If there's ever anything I or any of the other die hard TG people can
do to help your retrieve it, just let us know. If I'm ever in Canada
I'll try and look you up and fix that sucker for ya.. :)

TS> Thank you everyone for the kind words you've said over the years, and I
TS> wish all of you the best.

Thank you for all the hard work you put into things, I learned a lot
from you about Pascal and programming in general. I'm glad you took
up TG after Martin and I think you did great things with it.

Again, just glad to know your still out there and doing ok..

Take care Tim..
