This is handled automatically, as far as I know.  If the DLL is in memory,
you probably don't want to unload it.  Even in the rare cases where you can
do it, such as with DLLs brought in by the REXX RxFuncAdd() call, it is not
safe to do an RxFuncDrop() call because some other process might be using
the DLL.
