the problem with this is the "old" country boundaries...
remember, the USSR claimed a huge portion as their area... remember also
that zones were originally set up on "country" boundaries...
actually, that would be *continental* boundaries... that begs the question
of where the continent of asia and the continent of europe are seperated?
then one must also take into account that many things, ie: nets, were setup
via "local calling areas" as well as friendship and local
connectivity...

it gets to be a real stew in the pot before too long O:)
