You should move to C++ because:
- the market is better for C++ programmers;
- Microsoft is not likely to go under, Visual C++ will be
supported and developed for decades to come. _If_ Borland
goes bankrupt, there's no telling what will happen to Delphi.
- There is more C++ source code around to tackle any problem.
You should stick to Delphi because:
- Object Pascal as a programming language is more beautiful,
clearer and never inconcistent.
- it will take you a long time before you will be able to
do things in C++ you can do with Delphi today.
Groeten, Martin.
