So today we don't spank children.  Instead, we allow them to grow up as
spoiled brats and put them into jail at an early age, and now are going
to try the worst of them as adults.
I favor spanking, consistently, and in a therapuetic fashion instead.
I also favor the return of corporal punishment in the school system as
well as the early separation from the rest of the kids those who are
found to be psychopathic.
