      Title: Quick Corn Cheese Pancakes^

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
  1 1/3 c  Corn mix*
    1/2 c  Shredded sharp cheddar
           -cheese
      1    Beaten egg
      1 c  Water
 
  *Separate recipe.
  
  Toss cheese in mix to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients; let stand 5
  minutes to thicken.
  
  Lightly oil a heavy skillet. Using 1/4 cup batter for regular sized
  or 1/3 cup batter for fillable pancakes, cook until done on both
