That bridge will work. If it's an omni antenna, you should get a steady
signal in all directions if you walk around the antenna while you lock down
the xmit key on low power. With a directional antenna, you should be able to
lay out on a graph paper the signal strength readings and get an idea whether
the antenna is stronger off the front vs skewed to one side, as in a gamma
matched system.
