Hello All!

I am totally new to PM Programming, and have never done any Visual
programming before!  Everything was always text based.

Is there any books you can recommend I read, to help me with PM Programming.
Something not to advanced, please!  I would first like to get a firm idea
of what visual programming is and how it works before I dive into the deep
end. :-)

Any info, and I would be greatful....
