My system is set up so that all of Dave Hatch's echos are 
automatically available to you.  Squalid is the software I
am running that does that.  I don't know how to make it get
echos for points automatically from any address other than
Dave.  If you care to read the documentation and tell me
what I need to do, I will do so, but it is pretty useless,
because it wouldn't work anyway, because Bill isn't
areafix-able etc.  Therefore it's a manual process, and you
have to tell me you definitely want it, and I'll arrrange
with Bill for him to send it and I'll add you in to it.  Once
someone is added in, anyone else can hook in too.  But if all
people hook out of it it will cause unknown effects.
