Want to know a little secret?  I haven't heard ANYONE who's in the Supra
Division of Diamond that's professed their love for the merger.
I'm sure you'll hear the same from USR employees after a year or two.  ;-)
BTW...  3Com (interestingly enough) did exactly what Diamond did...  took
over the website of the modem arm.  A link to "www.usr.com" now gets you a
page that tells you to go to www.3com.com.  Sound familiar?
Ahh well...  them's the breaks.
