What is Obama doing to stop and clean up this oil spill ?  If this were 
on Bush's watch they'd blame him and castigate him if it wasn't cleaned 
up in 24 hours.  Obama finally is going to visit his constituents in New 
Orleans today.  It's been 12 days.  Can you imagine how this would have 
played out under Bush ?
