It makes for a real nice "back yard", but you have to be careful
to not have many windows facing the tee. This is a private
country club, and from the prices they charge, I'm amazed at
some of the clowns that use it. Money to burn.
I've never played golf, but I can recognize a bad swing when
I see one, and I see plenty here.

I don't know if a cat is any kind of match for a mockinbird. My
mother has about 5-6 stray cats in her neighborhood, but there
is never a scarcity of mockers. I was sitting out in my driveway
one afternoon, reading a book, and a mockingbird was out in
front of me "shrugging" his shoulders. He wanted ME to leave.
I like the mockingbirds. They're all welcome here. Someone was
eating my oranges during the winter. Maybe a Blue Jay?

I tried a net to protect my figs one year, but it didn't work
at all. Last year, I never got a single fig.....

munches on that, but sometimes we get one that has to taste
every darn one on the vine. Then I do get rather MAD!
IS there such a thing as a teenager mockingbird?
