Hey Keith, you mentioned line tracers the other day, and I've
got a problem which needs a line tracer to help determine the
problem.  The problem is that I send an ENQ to someone, and
it takes 3 seconds for them to respond.  I believe you reply
to Rod Speed messages because you have nothing better to do
on night shift.  How would you prefer instead to try out
BTPE 3.03 (you are overestimating the size of the can of worms,
there is no danger, you simply go back to the old version if
it doesn't work for you, and anyway, you can just use it to put
in a dummy address of 666:666/666 and use it to FREQ files from
me to try it out first if you're that paranoid), and if you too
experience this 3 second delay, put a scope on and tell me whether
or not you are receiving the ENQ really quickly, or whether it
is taking me 3 seconds before I bother to send it to you?
