Years ago, Quarrella made Cassell and Seaborn his co-moderators.  Of the
three of them, Ross was the only one actually there in recent years, so he
has been the de facto moderator since October 2003.  It briefly came back
to life last year, when Ross lifted old bans and created some new rules,
but then dropped out of sight again.
