For me it became an issue when a former ZC3 objected to having 000 in the
nodelist, prior to that they were there.
 
As long as the current and any future ZC3 continue to think it is an issue
the situation will remain like that.
 
Funny that you cast a shadow on my willingness to co-operate with another
ZC, while you are quiet about ZC3 ZC4 and ZC5 who also carry no
000-entries.
 
Talk about an agenda ... :)
