A bloke hurried into a bar, threw himself onto a stool and said to the barmaid
"I'm in a terrific hurry, could you give me seven whiskies
please." She began to
pour them, and he said "Make those doubles." She did so, and
lined them up on
the bar in front of him. He started tossing them back one after the other. She
watched in fascination, and asked him "Why are you in such a
hurry?" "You'd be
in a hurry too if you had what I've got," he replied as he grabbed the next
glass. "What's that?" she asked. "Two dollars," he said.
