Strange, because from the looks of the catalog, it appears that the
Milwaukee store is the HQ, though it could have started elsewhere.  Do you
suppose it could be a DIFFERENT "Amateur Electronic Supply?"  Just out of
curiousity, next time you are in the area, why not ask them if they are
connected with the AES in Milwaukee with branches in 4 other states?
 
BTW, the catalog says it's their 40th year.
