Are all of these primary partitions? If so, that is the problem. Install boot
Manager, and create an extended partition for D,E,F. Then create the
partitions as you want. You can install OS/2 on E even though it is on an
extended partition.
Make it look like this
* Boot Manager
C: Primary Win95
*Extended
D Logical Winapps FAT
E Logical OS/2 HPFS
F Logical OS/2 apps HPFS
It should work then..
