I have received my application form for the next edition of the
GRD, but it is the one for "previous subscribers", so not really
relevant to new subscribers, so I'll not scan it and post it here;
the previous one will suffice, I dare say !  
The letter comes from
    "Keith Johnson and Malcolm Sainty, Editors and Publishers"
You will see from a previous message that "K. Johnson" is given as
the "Agent" for Australia.
I am not entirely sure whether all the prices which I give below
are for everybody, or whether they are reduced prices for previous
subscribers only.
I only have prices in Sterling -  100p = œ1 = one Pound - sorry if
the Hi-ASCII symbol doesn't come out right on your system ! 
Prices include postage
Basic fee of œ17.75p covers 20 lines.
      and includes either soft-cover book or CD ROM
Hard cover add 25%
Extra lines are 25p each
Electronic fee for including Telephone, Fax & e-mail is 50p
1990 to 1996 on one CD ROM (500,000 entries), contributor's addresses updated
  cost to old subscribers at 15% discount is œ32.95p (i.e. œ38.75p to others)
1996 GRD, 1248 pages, 150,000 entries from 7250 contributors œ17.75p
I placed my entry in the 1995 edition - I included ALL the names in
my "tree", a total of 189, at a cost of over œ60.  I haven't
contributed since - my information hasn't changed.  Many others do
likewise, so the back numbers are well worth having - which is why
they are still available, and why they are on the CD-ROM.
