Dick, it's the same here as Christopher wrote: found parts III (which started 
with Mary & Joe and the King Air 456L starting with Departure), IV, V and 
next another part IV in two msgs which appear to be the concluding parts. Am 
I missing something? Looks to me everything got in, except for the numbering 
which doesn't seem right
