Wrong. According to the VAC++ homepage, IBM is porting it at this moment. Even
the docs talk about a Windows version.
The OS/2 games homepage has a link to the VAC++, BCOS2 and Watcom homepages.

OS/2 is a small market, Windows big. The reasons for IBM and Microsoft for
porting or not porting make sense.
Imagine generating OS/2 code or Windows code by throwing a single switch.
This could encourage developers to include an OS/2 version and ship it on
the same CD-ROM.

Face it, Windows means money and I love if ( money of course).
