It is possible to have quite a simple script change the registry to stuff a
wanted username into the registry, so that user is displayed (rather than
your admin account) at the next logon.

That is, you would have the default to show the last username. When you log
on at someone's workstation, you would run a script to put the normal
user's name into the registry, before logging off.
