The utility isn't intended to produce a distribution nodelist but rather a nodelist for individual use tailored to the needs of that individual system. It is actually a very good technical solution for those -individuals- who require it IMO. Really no different than those who have converted the nodelist to a BinkD compatible connection list int he past, is it?
