I'd be asking for a recount!

I'd also be standing behind the counters saying things like, "That's
not a 1, it's a bloody tick, so it's invalid" or alternatively,
"That's a fucking 1 you moron, not a tick". Or whatever I had to
do depending on the electoral laws in Qld. :-)
