Went cycling yesterday for three hour and a half. I had the flu all week and 
thought it would clean the guck out of my luugs. Well it did, but I didn't 
feel better after the ride and instead had a cough. Decided not to go cycling 
today. It hurts since this has to be one of the nices weekends in a long 
while.
