 I doubt very much that the control frequencies used in aircraft are
 anywhere near as high as those in a cellular telephone.
 However, the signals from the telephone _could_ interfere with the
 electronics of the aircraft.  (The problem is usually referred to as
 EMC or Electromagnetic Compatibility).
 More significant, a cellular phone used in an aircraft would access
 a large number of cell sites at once, and therefore confuse the cellular
 system badly.   It would also be too far away from the cell sites for
 correct multiplex operation, but would be a strong signal because of the
 direct path, so would cause yet more problems.
 In short, _never_ use a mobile phone on an aircraft!
