Actually it would be unacceptable for me to use any Wiccan technique to
influence Noel (or anyone else) to do something they did not wish to do.
"Do what ye will, an it harm none." is the "law" -
equivalent to the Ten Commandments, but more binding, being a fundamental
article of faith, not God given "law."

Courts etc are another matter, being about as anon-paranormal as you can get...
