First of all, the white noise sound that builds up at the end of "I
Want You..." is Moog.  The Moog is also used in "Here Comes the Sun" -
for example, the buzzy sound doubling the guitar  at 1:42, as well as
subtle parts underneath the verses.

As far as where in "Because" is the Moog overdub?  You can hear it
doubling the guitar arpegios during the "love is old, love is new"
section at 1:30.  You can also hear it plyaing the melody at 2:12.
