I have that book, but I noticed that it is written for OS/2 version 2.1,
NOT for OS/2 Warp. Since the first version of OS/2 that I have ever used is
Warp, do you know, and could you outline in a nutshell, what are the major
differences between these two versions, and to what degree they are
represented in the Presentation Manager, as opposed to other components of
the OS? 
BTW, I am using Watcom C++ v10.5
