I just heard from a guy who is from Adelaide and spent 3mo in USA.
Unfortunately, his personality type is one that is more suited to US
than Oz anyway so I'm sure the govt can work out an exchange program.

Probably.  In Mike's case, I think it's also a loss of stature as a
worldly know it all that bugs him.  He used to think he was quite
versed in cultures till now.

You said "the" Quay. How was I to know there's only one.  :-)
I've at least been there - I had a whirlwind weekend in Sydney when I
first arrived.
