If I use a wrapper for WinPostMsg such as below, doesn't this defeat the
purpose of WinPostMsg's attribute of returning without waiting? Seems like
this could potentially get stuck for longer than 1/10th of a second, thus
defeating the purpose of WinPostMsg?

VOID  PostMsg(HWND h, ULONG m, MPARAM mp1, MPARAM mp2)
{
    while(!WinPostMsg(h,m,mp1,mp2))
      DosSleep(1);
}
