Hi, Paul;

 PW> I'm looking for the micronta 22-164 talking meter which RS

 SC> Hmmm. That would be a cool use of that meter. If all else fails, a
 SC> voltage to frequency converter and a frequency counter/frequency to
 SC> voltage converter would do the trick. Of course, that wouldn't be
 SC> anything that you would want to put "over the air" - it would be a

If you can't find one, it would be easy to build a unit like I built for
a blind Ham many years ago: A simple audio oscillator which changed pitch
with varying voltage, which was derived from RF picked up by a short
antenna. One could probably be built for under $20 very easily, or a
couple of dollars and a few of hours if you have a well-stocked junque
box.

Just a thought...

Catch you later es 73.
