If you can't find one, it would be easy to build a unit like I built for
a blind Ham many years ago: A simple audio oscillator which changed pitch
with varying voltage, which was derived from RF picked up by a short
antenna. One could probably be built for under $20 very easily, or a
couple of dollars and a few of hours if you have a well-stocked junque
box.
