Especially it these tapes were 3GB DAt tapes. I know that problem very  
well.Have you ever tried to search a utility, lets say that converts graphic  
formats, by browsing thrugh several sharewarecds or using a grep like  
utilitiy because you have their dirs a textfiles on disk? A horror.
