Actually, it's not.
The topic is better described as "writing os/2 programs".
Any program running in a DOS box need not apply .
I'm prettty loose about the rules lately, since traffic is down, and
almost always tolerate the following three reoccurring off topic questions:
1) How do I release time slices to OS/2 from my (sad excuse for a )
dos program?
2) How do I run borland C for DOS?
3) How do I run MS VC for DOS?
