      2 tb Cracked wheat
    1/4 c  Dry vegetable flakes
      2 ts Sesame seeds
      2 ts Sunflower seeds
      1 ts Nutritional yeast
    1/2 ts Salt
MMMMM----------------------------SOUP---------------------------------
      2 ts Mix
      1 c  Boiling water
  Mix:
  Crush mix ingredients to a fine powder in blender. Store airtight.
  Shake to redistribute ingredinets before using.
  Soup:
  Combine and let stand a minute or so before serving.
  Makes 3/4 cup mix, enough for 18 cups of soup.
